The 5-hectare bathing lake and the 30-hectare recreation park are the ideal destination for families, amateur athletes and pleasure-seekers. Close to the city center and yet surrounded by greenery, the Aubad offers a wide range of possibilities: Children and teenagers can discover water attractions and playgrounds, while sports enthusiasts can compete on beach volleyball and ball courts, stand-up paddling or on the running track around the lake. Those looking for peace and quiet can relax in the sun on the jetty or enjoy a barbecue at the barbecue area - always in harmony with nature.
Simply refreshing bathing fun
The Aubad is a paradise for water lovers - with two water slides, a swimming octopus, sandy beach and adventure play stream, it is ideal for families. In addition to stand-up paddle boards and pedal boats in the Aubad, the nearby Tulln Water Park with boat hire at the "Nature in the Garden" adventure world DIE GARTEN TULLN also invites you to go exploring.
Simply burn off some energy
The 30-hectare recreation park is a paradise for sports enthusiasts: 4 beach volleyball courts, basketball and beach handball courts as well as idyllic running and walking routes invite you to get moving. Padel Tulln has three courts right next to the Aubad parking lot, and just a few steps away, the leisure park with its BMX area and skate park completes the leisure facilities.
Simply relax and enjoy
In summer, the Aubad is a hive of activity, but early risers enjoy peace and quiet and plenty of space in the morning. Whether you want to soak up the sun on the jetty, relax and read in the shade or just take a short break - the Aubad provides relaxation. Afterwards, take a stroll along the ecologically maintained banks of the Danube or go shopping on the nearby main square.
Simply feast
A long day of swimming is known to make you hungry. You can get refreshments at the Nepoletana Pizza restaurant right in the Aubad or at the nearby Taverne2. If you still have energy reserves for the short walk to the city center, we recommend stopping off at one of the many restaurants in Tulln's city center.
Simply barbecue in comfort
Don't have your own garden for a barbecue? Seven barbecue areas can be rented in the eastern area of the Tulln Aubad(barbecue area booking) - ideal for an idyllic evening sitting on tree trunks. The picnic meadowson the Danube banks also invite you to linger, with comfortable seating and a view of the water.

Barbecue area booking
There are seven barbecue areas to rent in the eastern part of the Tulln Aubad. Simply perfect for a summer party under the motto "Let's barbecue"! You can book your barbecue area with just a few clicks.

PERIOD OF USE
Duration of use up to max. 12 hours, from the 13th hour up to max. 24 hours 100% surcharge.
DEPOSIT
The key for the entrance at the Donaulände (for delivery by car) and for the toilet facilities at the fire pits can be obtained from DonauSplash-Hallenbad Tulln, Karl-Metz-Gasse 1a against a deposit of € 100 in cash. After returning the key, the deposit will be refunded. If the key is lost or retained, the deposit will be forfeited and an additional lump sum of € 130 will be charged for administrative costs.
When using the barbecue area, you may only drive your vehicle onto the Aubad grounds at walking pace during the booked times and park it directly next to the barbecue area (no driving around allowed!).

Guests of the Donaupark Camping Tulln, which is located right next to the Aubad, can visit the Aubad Tulln free of charge!

The Padel Tulln facility can be reached directly from the Aubad parking lot - the three year-round padel tennis courts can be booked via an online calendar.
