Tulln art workshop
Kunstwerkstatt - Art is at home here
Tulln is good soil for artists - and not just because Egon Schiele was born here. The Kunstwerkstatt Tulln has set itself the task of promoting modern art and culture away from the mainstream in the Tullnerfeld.
Great art in an idyllic setting
The Kunstwerkstatt Tulln is an association founded by artists in 1988. Its members work voluntarily and unpaid for their passion - art. The Kunstwerkstatt's 400 square meter event space is the venue for a wide variety of events - from exhibitions to theater performances.

Networked platform
However, the Kunstwerkstatt does not see itself purely as an event center, but - in keeping with its name - as a workshop in which art is created. Since its foundation in 1988, the Kunstwerkstatt Tulln has been a cultural initiative that offers a wide range of events as well as the opportunity for artistic exchange.
Art in every conceivable form
Visual artists, musicians from modern jazz to heavy metal, cabaret artists, dancers, theater people and many more work in the Kunstwerkstatt. Avant-garde art forms are also welcome here. A small selection of artists who have already worked in the Kunstwerkstatt: Lukas Resetarits, Alfred Dorfer, Hermann Nitsch, Dschungelorchester, Vienna Art Orchester, Karlheinz Miklin, Barbara Dennerlein, Birigt Denk, Hans Lenes, Ragnhild Roed, Gert Linke, Attwenger, and many more.
